My Story
My life dream was a house on the beach and peace. Instead came a turning point I didn't expect.
After losing my daughter Mia and the subsequent birth of my son Danny, I found myself at rock bottom. I lost my identity as an active woman and knew only one thing: if I'm not happy, my child won't be happy either.
Instead of medication, I chose a different path – understanding. I literally immersed myself in studying neuroscience, longevity, well-being, and biohacking. I searched for scientifically backed methods to bring energy, meaning, and joy back into life.
